These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the USA Business Cards website and your purchase of printed products and related services through the website. By accessing the website, submitting an order, uploading artwork, or otherwise using the services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Acceptance of Terms

USA Business Cards may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms may apply to website use and orders placed after the revised terms are made available. You should review this page periodically for changes.

Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of any account or order information associated with you, and ensuring that your use of the website does not interfere with its operation or availability.

We may restrict or discontinue access to all or part of the website when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, technical issues, or other operational reasons.

Products and Services

USA Business Cards provides online ordering for printed business products. Products and services may include business cards, custom business cards, QR code business cards, appointment cards, loyalty cards, Google review cards, customer artwork uploads, custom design assistance, and digital proofing.

Product descriptions, images, specifications, available options, and other website information are provided to help customers evaluate their selections. Product availability and options may change without notice. The product configuration selected during ordering, together with any approved proof where applicable, is used to prepare the order for production.

Online Orders

When you submit an order, you are requesting the production and shipment of the products and options selected during checkout. An order may require review of the submitted information or artwork before production. USA Business Cards may contact you if information needed to process an order is incomplete, unclear, or appears inconsistent with the selected product.

An order is not considered complete until the information required to process it has been received and any applicable payment or approval steps have been completed. We may decline or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including because of unavailable products, technical issues, suspected fraud, or prohibited content.

Customer Information

You are responsible for ensuring that names, contact details, shipping information, product selections, quantities, and other information submitted with an order are accurate and complete. USA Business Cards is not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.

Customer-Supplied Artwork and Uploaded Files

If you upload artwork or other files, you are responsible for ensuring that the files are suitable for the selected product and contain the information and design you want printed. You should review files before submission and retain your own copies.

Uploaded files may be reviewed as needed to process an order, provide design assistance, prepare a digital proof, address a technical issue, or determine whether the content can be accepted for production. We may be unable to use files that are corrupt, incomplete, incompatible, unreadable, or otherwise unsuitable for production.

Artwork Quality

Printed results can be affected by the quality, resolution, dimensions, color settings, fonts, transparency, and other characteristics of customer-supplied artwork. USA Business Cards may identify apparent file issues, but customers remain responsible for confirming that submitted artwork is appropriate for the desired result.

Customer Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for all text, images, logos, photographs, designs, QR codes, and other content that you submit or authorize for printing. You must have all rights, permissions, and licenses necessary to use and reproduce that content.

Digital Proofs

When a digital proof is provided, it is intended to show the proposed layout and content before production. Customers must carefully review the proof and confirm that it accurately reflects the requested order.

Before approving a proof, review all relevant details, including where applicable:

  • Spelling and wording
  • Names and job titles
  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Website addresses
  • QR codes
  • Layout and alignment
  • Artwork, images, and logos
  • Colors and other design elements
  • Other customer-provided information

Proof Approval

Approval of a digital proof confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the displayed content and layout for production. After approval, changes may not be possible, particularly if production has begun. USA Business Cards is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof or that result from information approved by the customer.

Colors and Printing Variations

Colors displayed on a screen may differ from colors produced in print because of differences between monitors, devices, file settings, materials, inks, and printing processes. Minor variations in color, alignment, trimming, paper appearance, or finishing may occur. These variations do not necessarily indicate a printing defect.

Product Specifications

Customers should review the product specifications, available options, quantities, dimensions, materials, finishes, and other selections before submitting an order. The selected specifications and any approved proof govern the requested printed product. If you need clarification about an option before ordering, contact USA Business Cards at contact@usabusinesscards.com.

Pricing and Payments

Prices and applicable order charges are presented through the website or ordering process. You are responsible for reviewing the order summary before submission and for providing accurate billing and payment information.

USA Business Cards may correct typographical, display, calculation, product, or pricing errors when discovered. If an error materially affects an order, we may contact you to clarify how the order should proceed. We do not state or imply that an order will be produced at an erroneous price when the error is apparent or results from a technical or typographical mistake.

Order Processing

Custom products may require production after the order details, artwork, and any applicable digital proof approval have been received. Production cannot necessarily begin while required information or approval remains outstanding. Processing may also be affected by product availability, file requirements, technical issues, or other circumstances involved in preparing a custom order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. Production time and shipping or transit time are separate stages, and an order may require production before it is shipped. Any delivery estimate provided during the ordering process is an estimate rather than a guarantee and may be affected by production requirements, destination, selected shipping service, carrier operations, weather, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for reviewing delivery information associated with an order. Questions about shipping or delivery should be sent to contact@usabusinesscards.com.

Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, branding, text, graphics, design elements, and other materials may be protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by USA Business Cards, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from website materials.

Customers retain responsibility for the content they submit. By submitting content for an order, you authorize USA Business Cards and the service providers involved in fulfilling that order to use the content as reasonably necessary to review, prepare, produce, and ship the requested products.

Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate for production or use of the website. You may not submit content that violates another person’s privacy, publicity, trademark, copyright, or other rights.

USA Business Cards may refuse to process content that appears to violate these terms or applicable law. Refusing content does not transfer responsibility for the submitted material away from the customer.

Third-Party Services

The website or ordering process may rely on third-party services or providers for functions such as payment processing, website operation, communications, production, or shipping. Those services may be subject to separate terms or policies. USA Business Cards is not responsible for independent third-party services or content outside its reasonable control, although we may assist with order-related questions where appropriate.

Errors and Website Information

We work to keep website information accurate, but errors, omissions, interruptions, and technical issues may occur. Website content and functionality may be changed, corrected, suspended, or discontinued without notice when reasonably necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, USA Business Cards will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or related to website use, an order, submitted content, production, shipment, delay, interruption, or reliance on website information. This limitation does not exclude or limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Any responsibility associated with an order will be evaluated in light of the applicable order information, submitted materials, approved proof, production status, and circumstances of the issue. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights or protections that applicable law does not allow a business to exclude.

Changes to These Terms

USA Business Cards may revise these Terms & Conditions as the website, products, services, or business practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
